How long does delivery take?

Transit times depend on the destination and carrier. Our supplier Matterhorn publishes indicative delivery times, which are not guaranteed total order-to-delivery times.

Can I return an order?

EU consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Contact DRESSO for return instructions. Do not send parcels directly to the supplier without instructions.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
