Orders and payment

Product prices and availability appear on product pages. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable amount must be shown before an order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

See Shipping & Returns for available countries, delivery charges and return instructions. We are responsible to our customers for delivery under applicable consumer law, even where fulfilment is carried out by Matterhorn.

Withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact dresso@dresso.eu to exercise this right and obtain return instructions. Eligible refunds include standard outbound delivery charges as required by law. The customer normally pays direct return postage if informed before purchase.

Faulty goods

Statutory consumer remedies and legal guarantees remain unaffected by the supplier’s wholesale terms.
