Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment partner, Matterhorn. Available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated transit times depend on the destination country, parcel weight and courier. Order preparation time is additional to courier transit time; total delivery time starts after payment and includes both stages.

Shipping costs and available destinations: Please see the Matterhorn delivery table for Europe for reference rates, maximum parcel weights and estimated courier transit times. These are our fulfilment partner’s reference rates, not a guarantee of the final retail shipping charge. The applicable delivery charge must be confirmed during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with product availability, preparation time, destination and courier conditions. If delivery to your destination is unavailable or the charge cannot be confirmed, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges shown are the DRESSO delivery rate schedule for the listed countries and weight bands. Final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

Returns and right of withdrawal

For most online purchases by consumers in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Legal exceptions may apply, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To request a return or report a problem, email dresso@dresso.eu with your order number and details. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send parcels to our registered contact location without prior return instructions.

Refunds and return-shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund eligible payments within the legally required period; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, where permitted by law.
